Cashews can be replaced by other nuts because they are what give the base and texture to this recipe. The rest of the ingredients are those that provide that cheese-like flavor, it must be a dried fruit without salt, without skin and that have a flavor as neutral as possible.

This vegan Parmesan cheese has a texture and flavor very similar to the traditional grated or powdered Parmesan, it is healthier and it is prepared in less than 5 minutes.
- 1 cup of unsalted cashews (150 grams) *
- 4 tablespoons of brewer's yeast or nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until they are powdered.
